I’ve recently become a huge fan of a new wellness modality that harnesses the profound biological impact electromagnetic fields have on the body at the cellular level. It’s called pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, or PEMF.
PEMF therapy has been approved by the FDA since 1979 to accelerate bone growth in certain types of difficult fractures, but has remained relatively unknown in more mainstream health applications, such as the improvement of chronic pain, until now. One of the reasons I believe PEMF and other resonance-based therapies are beginning to get some traction with the American public is because of the failure of pharmacological (prescription drug) protocols to produce lasting results without additional harmful side effects.
