Continuing Fight to Require Full Disclosure of Hydraulic Fracturing Fluids

This Den­ver Post arti­cle dis­cusses the cur­rent bat­tle in Col­orado to require full dis­clo­sure of frack­ing chem­i­cals like they have done in Wyoming and Texas. It’s shame­ful that some com­pa­nies must be forced to dis­close use of chem­i­cals that are known to be harm­ful to those liv­ing near these drilling sites. I am gen­er­ally a pro­po­nent for reduc­ing gov­ern­ment reg­u­la­tion. How­ever, gov­ern­ment needs to inter­vene when com­pa­nies begin to put prof­its above the health and safety of their customers.
